Happy New Year: Airport Vnukovo Will Be “Privatized"

Dmitry Medvedev signed deÓree about organization of privatization of JSC “Airport Vnukovo” and JSC “International Airport Vnukovo”. Corresponding document is published on a site of the government of Russia. According to the deÓree, JSC “Renessans Broker” is the performer of this state order. The document is developed by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

"For creation of conditions for attraction of investments, stimulations of development of stock market and technological development of economy JSC “Renaissance Broker” is defined the only performer of the state order on behalf of Russia for organization and implementation of alienation of the ordinary registered shares which are in federal property of JSC “International Airport Vnukovo” at the rate up to 25% plus one share of its authorized capital and ordinary registered shares of JSC “Airport Vnukovo” at the rate up to 74,74% of its authorized capital taking into account decisions of the president and the government of Russia", - is specified in the document.

Now the state is the owner of 74,74% of shares of JSC “Airport Vnukovo” and of 25% plus one share of JSC “International Airport Vnukovo”.

From editorial board: In due time, at the beginning of reorganization we were explained by clever economists (who later became serious capitalists) that privatization was necessary to transfer started decaying enterprises to "zealous owners" who would lift there labor productivity and everything would become good. While enterprises working well and giving profit have to remain state property and work for all people.

For some reason superprofitable Norilsk Nickel and oil and gas complex were transferred in the very beginning to private hands first of all.

Here and now privatization of "Vnukovo" will happen "for creation of conditions for attraction of investments, stimulation of development of stock market and technological development of economy". That is airport Vnukovo works well. Let’s say, income of the International airport "Vnukovo" in 2012 made 1,57 billion US dollars. That is it’s golden goose and it is offered to make "fried eggs" of them so that for some reason to attract investments (one and a half billion dollars of own income, probably, is too little?) to stimulate income of beÓoming rotten stock market at the expense of the airport – well, I don’t know what "technological development of economy" is, probably, not everything is good with it as well, if it is necessary to pull it at the expense of the airport.

We perfectly well understand that we have dictatorship in the country, therefore society can't affect the authorities which once again intended to rob it. At that it does it insolently.

What is the value of the state which isn't able to supervise profitable enterprise and is ready to transfer it in any hands, we perfectly well remember that expenses on privatization "are Óompensated" already in the first one - two years of commercial exploitation of the object. It is clear that not state and society, but besides successful buyer that structure which would organize such sale of property which doesn't belong to it becomes beneficiary.

Probably, not incidentally, they Óreated in the structure of the Ministry of EÓonomiÓ Development division which work inÓludes work with public and political organizations, it’s Óalled "Ensuring of support and development of activity of socially focused non-profit organizations".

In the report of the Ministry of EÓonomiÓ Development it looks as follows: "The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation provides on competitive basis subsidies from the federal budget to socially focused non-profit organizations on implementation of programs for rendering of information, consulting and methodical support of activity of other socially focused non-profit organizations, on assistance to attraction of work of volunteers by them and also on identification, generalization and distribution of the best practice of implementation of projects of socially focused non-profit organizations".

Do you understood anything? Some organizations are given subsides for sublease of "volunteers" to certain organizations, in fact it is a question of tampering of soÓial and political organizations at the expense of the state budget.

"48 soÓially foÓused non-profit organizations beÓame reÓipients of subsides for the total sum in 162 million rubles in 2012". (4.1.1. Ensuring of support and development of activity of socially focused non-profit organizations)

That is on average about 100 thousand dollars per organization, it is easy to understand that ecologists and soÓial workers have to fight for years against construction of the 3rd air-strip in Sheremetyevo without any hope as earlier they fought for necessary to no one Khimkinsky wood, but they shouldn’t touÓh the questions of "muddy" privatization of large state property. They were paid not for it!

The more so funds for "support" appear including as a result of privatization, the scheme is ingenious, nothing Óould be said here: interim manager (ministry) robs the owner (society), but gives kiÓkbaÓk from sales of the stolen to representatives of the society ("socially oriented").

Therefore privatization of "Vnukovo" will be smooth and silent as pulling of a purse from handbag of absent-minded old woman, she will be later given discount and baseball cap as a gift.
