TRAGEDY OF “PUTIN INCORPORATED”

Well, at last began what Maxim Kalashnikov personally expected since the end of 2008: the mode starts breaking from within because of economic crash. It has just fell into euphoria from the fact that it managed to split and disseminate street opposition, but now it is unimportant. As the economy of the Russian Federation started falling under oppression of scandalous theft of "elite" and its fantastic dilettantism.

Economic crash is relentless thing. It is impossible to deceive it using promotion as the herds of electorate, silly lemmings. It’s impossible to imprison it as Razvozzhayev. Crash of economy will inevitably pass into political crash. The power won't be able to cope with the signs of crisis. Ahead – really hot civil strives. Race for power on the rests of Putin Incorporated system…

PUTIN AS CHARACTER OF POST-MODERNIST ABSURDITY

Surkov’s leaving (the main postmodernist polytechnologist of the mode) – is deeply symbolical fact. Putin and Surkov are parts of the same post-modernist absurdity. Confused, illogical, brainless, superficial. Idolizing visibility instead of reality. Empty public relations instead of real work. Living for today like Dragonfly from the known fable of Krylov. Therefore resignation of Surkov means beginning of ruin of sovereign "vertical".

Surkov and Putin – fruits of the same Post-Soviet obscurantism, same kingdom of degradation. I honestly tried to read "Near Zero", but failed: emetic desires were too strong. I don't accept postmodern purely physically. Though after all Putin is also the character of post-modern schizophrenia.

Clever but flabby sybarite-inhabitant – V.V.Putin – was made a king with one purpose: to fix the power of that gangster "elite" that robbed our people in the 90s years forever. No "elite change" happened at Putin: we are rulled by the same marauders, murderers, cynical deceivers and criminals that rose under Yeltsin’s govern. The same garbage that concentrated in their hands 90% of the remained property (its half they simply destroyed), they same who filled the country with blood and grief, the same who buried 13 million people in the Russian Federation in a ditch of liberal and monetaristic "reforms". Raw rats who fatally hate real sector, science, education and culture; embodied Smerdyakovs ready to bite the dust before the West.

So, all this white-blue-red Putin’s shebeen as absurdist character of postmodernist era had to represent some reincarnation of the USSR since 2000. To create visibility "rising from knees". Many really fell for that poppycock. They swallowed Putin who brought liberal monetarism to its logical ending: he nationalized everything - he privatized the state itself. He turned it into closed joint stock company of purely trade and raw orientation.

Masses in the Russian Federation were always stupid. Otherwise it is impossible not to note obvious absurdity. Putin built "power vertical" from marauders and robbers of Yeltsin's government, having thrown the last Soviet technocrats out from the power. Then he started talking that he struggled with heavy heritage of the 90s. It’s as though Stalin created own State Committee on Defense, General Staff, high military command, People's Commissariat for Internal Affairs and state machinery entirely from Hitler's helpers, vlasovets, ciminals and policemen, having proclaimed thus sacred war against aggressors. By the way, Putin still avoids combing-out of "elite" because he is afraid of it and troubles.

As a result "vertical" turned out, I am sorry, made of shit. Time demanded vigorous reindustrialization of the country, construction of infrastructure, elimination of consequences of genocide. While corruption turned into basis of the government at Yeltsin-Putin paralyzed literally everything. Nothing can be made plainly in the Russian Federation. Follwoers of Yeltsin-Putin by definition aren’t able to build advanced industry and control it. Well, rats aren't capable to become hardworking beavers able to build dams and lodge!

Putin's board went to one thing: system of deindustrialization of the Russian Federation and increasing of its transformation into raw suburb of the world. All Yeltsin liberal-monetaristic murderers remained to control socio-economic policy of the Russian Federation after 2000. Huge propaganda machine having the name Surkov in every possible way represented certain changes and presented boarding of VVP almost as new industrialization. Though all initiatives which followers of Yeltsin – Putin tried to put into life ended in crash and embarrassment. Both in aviation industry and in military industrial complex, in road construction and in construction in general. Putin after Yeltsin continued eating up of the country future having become comical analog of Brezhnev (we will sell oil and will buy everything).

Such system was doomed to death initially. Actually it became completely obsolete in 2009. It has been working “for resource” for already long time. It is impossible to pretend eternally that you work and change something.

Now it’s time of pains and system destruction. Therefore Surkov left.

PUTIN AS THE MAIN CREATOR OF NEW REVOLUTION

Sometimes I even feel pity to Putin. It’s dangerous to lose throne in system of power (power property) which has developed in the Russian Federation. You can lose everything, even life. System of “sovereign democracy” which has developed after 1991 reminds hybrid from Zaire of the times of Mobuta Sese Seko, Haiti of the times of Father Duvalier and governing of Turkmenbashi. It is necessary to strive for the power to the last.

Seeking to keep the power by all means Putin was compelled to go for castling in September, 2011 and became the president again later. Here he made a number of social and economic suicide bombings predetermining crash of the mode. Alas, economy is understood only by 2% of people because it is necessary to have independent, logical thinking and spatial imagination, remarkable common sense and passion to reading of historical books. It is necessary to be able to see cause-and-effect relations, "courses" and "forks" of tendencies. Putin can't boast that he has it. Separatism and narrow-minded thinking can’t help here. So, what suicide bombings did our hero make?

Firstly, he signs a number of "May decrees" (2012) seeking to be pleasant to electorate. He adds huge social load to the economy (in addition to ultraboundary corruption and thieves' pressure), therefore everything which somehow continue to work in the country starts ruining. Production is driven into recession. That is Putin himself undermines base of tax revenues of the power, making it the bankrupt. Doing implementation of own decrees and continuation of policy of bribery of electorate impossible.

Secondly, Putin loads on economy (without having eliminated theft) burden of record military expenses without caring that the defensive industry is ruined and eaten up by wild corruption.

Thirdly, in 2012 VVP makes absolutely idiotic step: he drives the Russian Federation in WTO on terrible conditions. Conditions which make reindustrialization of the Russian Federation essentially impossible. Which beat out remains of domestic processing and agricultural industries. Which destroy million workplaces. Which deprive the budget of huge tax revenues. Which embitter small and medium business.

That is he does everything which on the eve of this self-destructive step Mikhail Delyagin, Konstantin Babkin, the author of these lines and the whole army of experts ask not to do. This mere action provided further ruin of the system. As we have example of scandalous administrative marasmus before our eyes.

It’s not enough. The mode continued to pull itself down.

BOLOTNAYA/SAKHAROVA: SUCCESS OF STRATEGY OF INDIRECT ACTIONS

It’s necessary to tell here that Putin's liberal (top) opponents tanked him. Having organized (using information spread in mass media, promotion of Navalny) mass coming of people to the capital squares, they successfully applied strategy of indirect actions against VVP. They forced ruling group to destroy themselves. Yes, there was no "orange revolution", but other variant was quite successful.

What? The matter is that notorious "vertical" bases on full immovability. It shouldn’t do anything, it can’t change anything. Because in this case being created from decay and garbage it will start breaking and fall. Alexander Prokhanov in one of the clever novels of the beginning of the 2000s represented Putin’s system as colossus which falls at the first attempt to move somewhere (characters of Putin and Surkov are described there perfectly well).

So, now Yeltsin-Putin’s power needs to represent somehow capacity, development, great power statehood, "firm hand" to react to a call of mass meetings. Though how it could be made, if in practice it can't fight against corruption? If it fails all industrial or infrastructure projects? If its economy is ruled not by practicians, but followers of Gaydar-Chubays’s fundamentalism? If – as soon as "vertical" tries to change something – its stupidity, inefficiency and thirst for thieves become obvious?

Clumsy colossus begins to imitate "great power statehood". As it fails to destroy corrupt officials, it starts idiotic “fight against smoking" which embitters and turns half of adult population of the Russian Federation into derelicts (this bomb will blow in near future).

Thus "Serdyukov's business" strikes a crushing blow to Putin's prestige. Being boosted in the state mass media, it shows indecision and duplicity of the master.

Having bethought, Putin makes attempt to forbid officials to have accounts and property abroad (thus the state financial reserves of the Russian Federation remain actually abroad). It undermines at once Putin's support in the state machinery, making big number of officials and bureaucrats his enemies. Putin's right hand in the government, Deputy Prime Minister Shuvalov, having become impudent, declares: it’s high time to stop fight against corruption, not to go into prohibiting things. In general, Shuvalov says, corruption is not illness, it’s a small sore. It is a signal personally to Putin. Your grandees can turn away from you, if you break debugged system of "feedings". We don’t need you, if you don't allow to steal as we did it since 1991 in exchange for support at first to Yeltsin and then to you. Thus Putin can't replace this "elite" - support: he didn't create own staff.

That is crash takes place in all directions, recession of economy only aggravates nervous jactations of the mode. He looks like a person more and more sinking in a bog. The more you twitch – the quicker you are sucked. Not for nothing one of the meeting took place on Bolotnaya Square.

Initial defect of the "vertical" starts affecting all power at last: its up-to-the-minute character, its inability to set the target accurately: where to lead the Russian Federation to? How to develop it? What is the strategy of the power? After all the mode doesn't have it. It continually declares one and the same thing (hurrah to new industrialization!), while in practice it makes everything possible so that to exclude its own appeals and paper plans completely. For example, it pushes the Russian Federation into WTO, destroys education, doesn't allow to invest infrastructure, it smothers innovations, etc. The power becomes similar to a mad captain who shouts: "Full speed!", but makes the car go back.

It’s what we see today: the power breaks up, the government becomes (in anticipation of crisis) incapacitated. Interclan wars start. These are – signs of the end of system.

Not masses on the squares, but economic crash and "feudal wars" on the top bring death to the present power. We already see the ruining of the state machinery which has begun.

Crash can happen even tomorrow or in several years. The Russian Federation literally reminds cards castle. Everything is hanging on a wing. The mode brings itself down practically without our participation.

WHETHER WE WILL AVOID WAR?

Further we should pass dangerous zone. Demolition of the former power which has trodden all political landscape generated situation in which we have no ready organized forces capable to intercept management quickly.

Liberals? They are rich but will bring the Russian Federation into a bloody mess very quickly. Navalny? The protege of liberals, character - exactly in the style of Latin-American sap operas. He has no sensible program which will bring the Russian Federation from the most dangerous crisis except fight against corruption and a set of liberal mantras. He is obvious hybrid of Kerensky and Yeltsin. Zyuganov and Zhirinovsky? It is even not ridiculous: dolls-puppets can't govern. Who can count on theatrical cardboard sceneries?

Friends, we have all reasons to expect small civil war among those who after collapse of the power will begin creating own.
